MAKING APPOINTMENTS PLEASANT

We want each visit to our office to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

• Please get a good night’s sleep and eat a good breakfast or lunch before each appointment.

• We will be happy to serve you (if you arrive early) or your family/friend coming with you a cup of coffee, tea or bottled water.

• We will offer you a personal CD player to listen to during periodontal procedures, so feel free to bring your favorite CD or your ipod.

• If you are cold, please ask for a blanket.

• Aromatherapy helps to create a calming atmosphere.

• We will do our best to answer any questions you may have about your teeth and gums or about recommended treatment.

• Please talk with Dr. MacAlpine if you need a mild oral sedative (such as Valium) prior to your dental visits.
